Did you know that author of the Twilight Series, Stephanie Meyer is a graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in English? And did you know before writing the series she was a stay at home mom, just like J.K. Rowling? At the present, Stephanie lives in Arizona with her husband and young sons.
According to her bio, Stephanie got the idea of the Twilight Series from a dream she had on June 2, 2003. Usually when people awake from a dream it is soon forgotten. However this dream she should could not get out of out of her head.
Later that day while caring for her kids she came with the story and plot and the rest is history.
