Rotator Cuff: DIY Rehab
Every so often I tweak my left shoulder and I immediately know why. Forgetting to do rotator cuff exercises is the culprit and I can only blame myself. If I had only been religious about doing my rotator cuff exercises, I would be pain free right now and my training would continue uninterrupted. So for the next few days I will be icing my shoulder and working primarily on the lower body.
The moral of the story is an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. The three videos show some good exercises we should all do for our rotator cuffs. Just remember to use good form, get a good number of reps, go slow and steady, and don’t go heavy.
